Singer-songwriter Tammy Cook hails from a long line of coal miners, carhops, factory workers, bootleggers and preachers. Her subjects are broad and include Jackson Pollock, 19th century immigration, highway ghosts and the creation of the New York subway system in 1888. She thinks she’s funny. This will be Tammy’s first appearance at North Star Lounge!
