Soprano, composer, and interdisciplinary improviser Nelle June Anderson ("nellee") explores an intersection of opera, mischief, and performance art. She's joined by musician and multimedia artist Alex Wand, whose work draws on ecology, social practice art, and alternate tuning systems. Together, the duo blends improvisation, play, songwriting, and unconventional tunings into music that is at once joyous, dark, and unpredictable.
